Description: Detective O'Brien was attempting to arrest a man who had shot and killed Officer William Angle and Officer Neil McMillan earlier that day when the suspect produced his weapon and began firing. Detective O'Brien's partner shot and wounded the suspect. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to death.
