Description: Sergeant O'Reilly was killed in an automobile accident while on patrol. Sergeant O'Reilly's patrol car was struck from behind by a tow truck at the intersection of Granville and Western Avenue. Sergeant O'Reilly was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The tow truck driver was cited for unsafe driving during adverse weather conditions.
