Description: Patrolman Ogan was shot as he questioned the occupants in a vehicle parked in front of a clothing store with a broken window. Patrolman Ogan was shot twice and died 15 minutes later. Three suspects, who had all been paroled within the past year, were arrested. One suspect was convicted of first degree murder and received a sentence of life in prison. The other two suspects were convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 35 and 50 years in prison.
