Description: Lieutenant Oliver was shot by a suspect who had just robbed a Wendy's restaurant. The suspect pulled a weapon on the employees and demanded money. Meanwhile, one of the employees tripped the silent alarm. As the suspect left the building he was met by Lieutenant Oliver. Lieutenant Oliver and the suspect struggled for control of the weapon and Lieutenant Oliver was shot in the chest. The suspect was arrested and charged with first degree murder, assault and robbery.
