Description: Investigator O'Neill suffered a fatal heart attack after struggling with a disorderly suspect. While on duty, Investigator O'Neill stopped his patrol unit at a local gas station, where the station attendant asked Investigator O'Neill to remove a disorderly suspect who refused to leave. Investigator O'Neill struggled with and was assaulted by the suspect before placing handcuffs on him and calling for back-up. While en route to the station, Investigator O'Neill complained of severe chest pains. He was transported to a local hospital where he died.
