Description: Deputy O'Berry was shot as he attempted to arrest a larceny suspect. As Deputy O'Berry began to handcuff the suspect, the man wrenched free and fled. Deputy O'Berry captured the suspect and the two scuffled. The suspect shot Deputy O'Berry in the neck, then drove the patrol car over Deputy O'Berry's body and left it there. The suspect was apprehended by law enforcement authorities.
