Description: Chief Osborne and his son Joe, were shot when a man seeking revenge against the Chief ambushed him in his home. The man was angry that his uncle had been shot by Chief Osborne a week earlier in an attempt to arrest him. Chief Osborne was killed instantly. Joe Osborne was fatally wounded but managed to shoot the suspect before he died.
