Description: Deputy Sheriff Pursifull and King, his K-9 partner, were killed instantly while parked on the side of U.S. 119. Kentucky State Police were pursuing two juvenile suspects for stealing gas. As the occupants fled from the state troopers, Deputy Pursifull and his K-9 partner were standing-by Hwy 119 when the juvenile driver crossed the center line and rammed his parked patrol unit.
