Description: Officer Poe was shot during a struggle with an offender who was resisting arrest. Officer Poe was walking his beat when he spotted Officer William McDonagh struggling with a man. Officer Poe went to assist and was shot in the chest. The suspect shot Officer McDonagh in the arm and fled.
