Description: Commissioner Parsley was shot and killed by one of his own police officers. Officer J.K. Yates was upset with Commissioner Parsley for his termination. Officer Yates requested a meeting with the Commissioner. When Commissioner Parsley shut the door to his office, Officer Yates shot him to death.
