Description: Officer Pope and his partner, Officer Ronald Jeter, were serving a warrant on suspect wanted for felonious domestic violence. Suspect allowed officers to enter his residence, then shot them both in the heads killing Officer Pope instantly. Officer Jeter died the next day.
