Description: Constable Pierce went to a residence to serve a writ of sequestration for non payment of equipment. The man was not at home but Constable Pierce was allowed inside of the home by one of the occupants. When the man arrived, he became enraged when he realized why Constable Pierce was present and fatally shot him. Constable Pierce was pronounced dead at the scene.
