Description: Police Officer Pursell suffered a heart attack after placing a suspect under arrest for disturbing the peace. Officer Pursell and Officer Peake had difficulty subduing the suspect who resisted arrest. Officer Pursell collapsed 15 minutes after making the arrest. Officer Pursell was transported to the hospital where he remained until his death two days later.
