Description: Constable Price was shot when he stopped a speeding motorist suspected of transporting whiskey. As Constable Price approached the vehicle, the suspect shot him once in the abdomen. Although mortally wounded, Constable Price returned fire and wounded the suspect. Constable Price died at the scene. The suspect was taken into custody.
