Description: Officer Pawlowski was shot when he and his partner responded to the scene of an attempted robbery against a taxi driver. When the suspect was located, he refused to remove his hands from his trench coat pockets and proceeded to shoot. Officer Pawlowski was shot twice. His partner and another officer managed to wound the suspect, who was subsequently arrested.
