Description: Agent Perez-Hernandez was shot and killed while he and two other officers responded to a domestic disturbance call. While en route to the call, Officer Perez-Hernandez was struck in the head by a stray bullet that entered the rear window of the patrol car. The subsequent investigation proved that the stray bullet that killed Officer Perez-Hernandez was unrelated to the call the officers were responding to.
