Description: Motorcycle Patrolman Puszcykowski injured his left arm while attempting to avoid an accident with a truck. Patrolman Puszcykowski's motorcycle struck a curb and flipped over as he tried to avoid the accident. He was transported to a local hospital where doctors tried to repair the compound fracture in his arm. While the doctors reset his arm, Patrolman Puszcykowski went into cardiac arrest and died on the operating table.
