Description: Police Officer Pollitz suffered a medical condition while responding to a call. Officer Pollitz had been dispatched to check the welfare of a suicidal woman who had made threats to a mental health facility. While approaching the home of the suspect, Officer Pollitz became short of breath. Suddenly Officer Pollitz suffered two seizures and went into cardiac arrest. Officer Pollitz was transported to the hospital where he died several hours later.
