Description: Assistant Chief Perry suffered fatal injuries in an automobile crash when Patrolman Samuel Taylor suddenly applied the brakes and crashed the patrol car into a truck. Chief Perry died of his injuries the next day. Patrolman Taylor received non-life threatening injuries.
