Description: Agent Perez-Leon was killed in an auto accident while transporting children who were members of the police athletic league. A tractor trailer swerved into the opposite lane of traffic in an effort to avoid another car, then struck a bus, which in turn struck Agent Perez-Leon's department van. Agent Perez-Leon was flown to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The seven children in the bus sustained only minor injuries in the crash.
