Description: Deputy Sheriff Papillion died after suffering a heart attack while on duty. Deputy Papillion was assigned to pick up a department employee for dispatch duty, because of a major ice storm. While en route to the department Deputy Papillion suffered a fatal heart attack. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
