Description: Officer Prohm stopped a vehicle for a routine traffic stop. Officer Prohm checked the license plate and discovered the car had been reported stolen. As Officer Prohm walked up to the car, the driver got out and shot Officer Prohm in the head. Officers on the scene returned fire and fatally wounded the suspect.
