Description: Field Agent Paul died in a single-vehicle crash when the tire blew out and caused the vehicle to roll over. Agent Paul was transporting a paroled fugitive from California back to Iowa when the crash occurred on Hwy 66 in New Mexico. Agent Paul sustained massive head injuries and died at the scene. The fugitive survived the incident.
