Description: City Marshal Pino was shot multiple times in an exchange of gunfire after he demanded the badge of an officer who was drinking at a bar. Marshal Pino was transported to the hospital where he died three days later. The suspect was convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to prison for ten years.
