Description: Trooper Pratt was struck and killed while assisting a driver of a tractor trailer. Trooper Pratt had just started his shift when he pulled over to assist a lost driver. Trooper Pratt was struck by a passing vehicle as he exited his cruiser. Trooper Pratt was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
