Description: Constable Pugh was shot as he attempted to serve an arrest warrant to a suspect on a weapons charge. Constable Hugh was transported to the hospital with gunshot wounds to the neck and shoulder and died of his injuries the next day. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to 20 years in prison.
