Description: Traffic Stop. Patrolman Phillips and Officer Milton Curtis were both shot and killed after making a seemingly routine traffic stop. The officers did not know the driver had just kidnapped and raped the owner of the car they had stolen. Alleged killer was arrested in 2003, more than 45 years after the murders.
