Description: Patrolman Parrott was on routine patrol as a passenger in an unmarked department car when it crashed into an oncoming truck. Officer E. Abraham, who was driving, was injured but survived. Patrolman Parrott was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. The investigation revealed that the headlights on the truck were not working properly.
