Description: Officer Preslar was killed in a single-car automobile accident on Route 528 while attempting to avoid striking a deer. While taking evasive action to avoid the deer, Officer Preslar's patrol vehicle spun around and struck a tree. Officer Preslar was pronounced dead at the scene.
