Description: Investigator Pappan and a private investigator were shot and killed while inspecting beer licenses in Tulsa, Oklahoma. While questioning the bouncer of the club, two men approached Investigator Pappan and the private investigator and assaulted them. As the fight moved outside Investigator Pappan and the private investigator were severely beaten and shot several times. Both men died at the scene.
