Description: Agent Perez Medera and Lt. Hector Nazario Torres responded to an assault, man with weapon call. Officers located suspect's vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed and gave pursuit. After reaching 123 mph Agent Perez Madera lost control of his police vehicle and crashed into an aluminum lightpost. Agent Perez Madera died at the scene. Lt Nazario Torres died a few days later.
