Description: Agent Parr was on a protective detail assignment for the U.S. EPA's Administrator in Agra, India. When Agent Parr failed to arrive at his assigned location, a fellow agent found Agent Parr in his hotel room not breathing. Agent Parr had evidently died in his sleep. The death certificate lists the primary cause of death as gastroenteritis, an infection that attacks the internal organs.
