Description: Constable Quinn was assaulted by a suspect as he attempted to execute an arrest warrant. The suspect struck Constable Quinn in the head and escaped. The following day, Constable Quinn continued to search for the escaped prisoner. When Constable Quinn located the suspect, the suspect severely beat and kicked Constable Quinn. Constable Quinn died three days later from his injuries.
