Description: One afternoon, Marshal Rinks arrested Olaf Hubbs for drunken and disorderly conduct. Hubbs was placed in jail, fined, and released two hours later. Hubbs was escorted home but then drove back into town with a shotgun. Apparently when he saw Marshal Rinks, he opened fire. Hubbs was subsequently sentenced to life imprisonment for Marshal Rinks' murder.
