Description: Agent Ruiz Arroyo was en route to the police department. As she approached her car, a masked suspect was attempting to steal it. Agent Ruiz Arroyo immediately drew her service weapon and addressed the armed suspect. Agent Ruiz Arroyo was shot six times and died shortly after arrival at a local hospital.
