Description: Responding to a burglary alarm Patrolman Rudisill and his partner Patrolman Robert Neasbitt cornered the suspect in a back room at the Sooner Foods market. When told to come out the suspect opened fire on the patrolmen mortally wounding Patrolman Bobby Rudisill. Patrolman Neasbitt suffered injury to his ankles after jumping two stories to get back up.
