Description: Attempting other arrest (excludes burglary, robbery and drug-related arrests). Chief Robertson and two other deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant on suspect wanted for murder. When the suspect was aware that he was going to be arrested, he shot Chief Robertson three times, killing him instantly. Killer tried and found guilty, died in prison.
