Description: Deputy Ramsey was shot when he approached two men who were fighting. Deputy Ramsey was shot twice in the abdomen but was able to tackle and subdue his assailant. Deputy Ramsey was taken to the hospital where he remained until his death due to pneumonia nine days later.
