Description: Patrolman Reeves was killed in an automobile crash while in pursuit of a suspect driver who was evading police. Patrolman Reeves and his partner responded to assist fellow officers in a vehicle pursuit. While entering an intersection with the emergency lights and sirens activated, Patrolman Reeves' vehicle was struck by the suspect's vehicle. Patrolman Reeves died at the scene. His partner was also injured in the crash but survived. The suspect was apprehended and charged with manslaughter.
