Description: Officer Ramsdell was shot and killed while transporting a prisoner. Officer Ramsdell and another officer had arrested a DUI driver for disorderly conduct. The suspect was able to retrieve a concealed handgun and shot Officer Ramsdell in the stomach as he was led out of the car at the jail. The suspect was convicted of first degree murder.
