Description: Patrolman Rogers was attempting to arrest a speeding motorist when his motorcycle was upset by a sudden jerk on the part of the speeding vehicle. Patrolman Rogers was thrown five feet and was struck by second car. Patrolman Rogers died at the scene of a fractured skull.
