Description: Chief Rhodes and Trooper Sheridan were working an accident scene when a truck approached the scene screeching its tires. Officers tried to stop suspect before he hit emergency workers. Fearing suspect may have been intoxicated, Chief Rhodes gave pursuit. He was able to stop suspect and place him under arrest. After arrest was made, Trooper Sheridan observed Chief Rhodes on his knees. The Chief was transported to a local hospital when he died of a fatal heart attack.
