Description: Policeman Robertson was severely beaten when he responded to a disturbance call at a store. Policeman Robertson spoke to the suspects and as he turned to leave, the three suspects attacked him from behind, beat him and took his two service weapons. Policeman Robertson managed to drive himself home and his wife took him to the hospital. Policeman Robertson lapsed into a coma and died three days later from the injuries sustained in the beating.
