Description: Asst. Police Chief Ritchie suffered a fatal heart attack after he answered a call for assistance from the parents of a mentally disturbed 13 year old juvenile. The juvenile was uncooperative, combative and physically resisted. Asst. Chief Ritchie collapsed as he escorted the juvenile to headquarters.
