Description: Marshal Reid was in pursuit of a traffic offender when he lost control of his patrol car and hit an oncoming truck. The highway at the time was under construction and barricades were changed just one day prior to Marshal Reid's accident. The barricades changed traffic from one side of the road to the other to a point where visibility was affected. Marshal Reid died on impact.
