Description: Sergeant Rivera Collazo and other officers responded to a disturbance where citizens were participating in an illegal drag race. Police officers noticed that one of the officers was missing. Apparently Sergeant Rurico Rivera Orengo had fallen from a bridge 45 feet into a river. After discovering the body of Sergeant Rivera Orengo, Sergeant Rivera Collazo lost his balance, fell from the bridge into the water and drowned.
