Description: Patrolman Rehmer was responding to a domestic disturbance call. Despite the fact that his emergency lights were flashing, another vehicle collided with his cruiser as he was trying to pass. Patrolman Rehmer's vehicle went out of control, struck a tree and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
