Description: Police Officer Rojas was stabbed, while off-duty, as he intervened to stop a fight at a club. Officer Rojas identified himself as a police officer and attempted to calm the situation. One of the suspects involved in the fight drew a knife and slashed at Officer Rojas's throat. Officer Rojas died at the scene. The suspect was charged with capital murder.
