Description: Investigating suspicious persons. Sheriff Ralston and Deputy Olds were investigating the strange behavior of a local farmer, who had been involved in several disturbances that week. When Sheriff Ralston attempted to question the suspect, the suspect pulled a revolver and shot the Sheriff in the hip and face.
