Description: Officer Reimer was patrolling an area of particular danger because of the amount of gangs and thugs present. While going about his normal checking of the area, Officer Reimer was shot in the heart. He screamed out, and a night watchman whom he had talked to just minutes before ran to find him face down in a puddle of mud, shot in the heart. The killer was never found.
